The cardholder has exceeded their credit limit or will exceed the limit if this payment is submitted.
The customer should contact their bank or credit card company to ask for a credit limit increase or transfer of funds. Call the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card.
Once the problem has been addressed and the bank has confirmed they will authorize new transactions, you can attempt to process the transaction again. If the problem cannot be resolved, try an alternative payment method.
