The transaction is being prevented by the card holder bank or credit card company due to fraudulent activity.
The cardholder will need to contact their bank or credit card company to find out the reason for the issue. Call the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card.
Once the problem has been addressed and the bank has confirmed they will authorize new transactions, you can attempt to process the transaction again. If the problem cannot be resolved, try an alternative payment method.
