If your case cannot be found with the information you are entering online, you will need to contact the court or office where you are paying to verify that your information is correct and free of any typos within their systems. Information entered incorrectly can result in no case information being found.
You may also try to search by another method if available. The portal will guide you on what information is needed to pull back your payment details. Ex: citation #, Case #, DL #, etc...
For citations, online payment may not be available for up to 2 weeks after the citation was entered. Citations are only available online once entered into the court's system.
